We specialize in Luxury Holiday Homes Management Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Specialist with expertise in Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), particularly Booking.com. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of revenue management strategies, analytics, and industry trends within the OTA landscape. Key Responsibilities:
Contract length: 24 months Experience:
- Analyze and optimize pricing and inventory strategies on Booking.com and other OTAs to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market demand to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on pricing and promotional strategies.
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and forecasts for revenue performance.
- Implement and maintain effective rate structures, promotions, and distribution strategies on Booking.com.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in OTA revenue management.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Revenue Specialist or similar role with a focus on OTAs, ideally with expertise in Booking.com.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management software and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes in market conditions.
- Certification in revenue management (e.g., CRME) is a plus.
