Join us.As the Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team, our goal is to act as business thought partners and drive business growth through internal & external analysis, resource allocation & cross-functional/regional alignment. We\'re a global function with regional hubs, and are expanding our team.As our newest Revenue Planner for our Global Gaming Monetisation Strategy & Operations team, you will be joining the team within the EMEA segment of our team. This role focuses on leading key revenue focused projects across our EMEA business, working cross functionally to enable our sales leaders and teams as experts on our entire sales cycle and processes.Responsibilities: As part of this role, you will: - Own the end to end account planning and regional target setting process - Support with developing account plans & conducting bottom up account planning with sales teams - Track and report on revenue performance and provide suggestions on optimization - Support with setting top down targets - Review sales pipeline and develop forecasting methodology - Collaborate with cross-functional & cross-regional teams to ensure targets are aligned with overall business direction - Collaborate with Operational and HR teams to ensure system and process alignmentRequirements: Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - Proven experience in a relevant environment, ideally in management consulting, sales operations or technology companies. - Fast-learner, self-starter with a good sense of judgment and original thinking - Demonstrable analytical skills, ideally with experience of BI tools. - Experience with CRM management, sales process development and training delivery - Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to structure complex issues to drive insightsPreferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of digital advertising/Gaming industry is preferred. - As we work in a global environment, additional languages is always a bonus!TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
