Wonderful Stay is looking for a fulltime Revenue Manager located in Dubai.The individual must be really motivated to do research and improve continuously. :
- \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Manage pricing for apartments in Down Town Dubai
- \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Do market research every day and make sure each listing is priced optimally
- \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Analyse and report on KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR and occupancy rates
- \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Willing to take on more roles such as bookings - direct booking optimisation
- \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Long term partnership
- \xe2\x81\xa0 \xe2\x81\xa0Competitive salary, up for discussion
