Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Maintain close liaison with the Sales, Conference, and Accounting teams
Assist in the implementation of hotel sales strategies in the reservation and inventory systems,
Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required
Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize rooms revenue,
Maintain accuracy of information/data and enhance automation efforts in reporting tools,
Assist in the preparation of competitive analysis and other supporting documents for presentation at RevMax, monthly month end, ownership meeting, and budget presentation.,
Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to operation team,
Perform Revenue Management month end reporting and auditing and provide forward looking information for the purposes of forecasting and strategizing,
Accurately generate and update all Revenue Management reports and serve as primary link for reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership,
Assist with system maintenance including but not limited to, inputting rates, restrictions, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasting and running daily system checks,
Assist with training of new associates as necessary on revenue management tools.
Perform ad-hoc tasks, analysis, and reporting on a needed basis to senior leadership.
Assist with training of new associates as necessary on revenue tools
Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs

Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous leadership experience in a similar role required
Dynamic can-do attitude
Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
Presents a professional and polished appearance
Effectively deal with guests and other team members
Previous reservation experience highly preferred
Experience with Opera PMS, IDEAS, OTA Insight, Passkey GroupMax & Opera Sales and Catering preferred
Possessing the trait of being organized and multi-tasking
Ability to complete work within given deadlines
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all time
