Position: Revenue Manager & Reservations/OTA Channel SpecialistReports to: Director of OperationsEmail: Careers@condor.aeJob description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Manager who will also manage our Reservations and OTA Channels specifically for our holiday homes portfolio. This dual-role position requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of the holiday homes market, and a proven track record in revenue management. The candidate should also have expertise in handling Online Travel Agency (OTA) channels and reservations systems. Key Responsibilities:Revenue Management:
Develop and implement revenue management strategies tailored to the holiday homes market to optimize profitability and occupancy rates.
Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, competitive activity, and customer behavior specific to holiday homes to identify revenue opportunities.
Create and maintain accurate revenue forecasts and budgets for holiday homes, providing regular updates to senior management.
Monitor and adjust rental rates, inventory controls, and availability across all distribution channels to maximize revenue.
Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and packages specific to holiday homes to maximize revenue.
Implement and oversee yield management techniques to ensure optimal pricing and inventory allocation for holiday homes.
Reservations Management:
Oversee the reservations process for holiday homes, ensuring efficient handling of all booking inquiries and confirmations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all holiday home types, rates, packages, and promotions.
Ensure all reservation information is accurately entered into the RMS Syestem.
OTA Channel Management:
Manage relationships with OTA partners, ensuring optimal placement and visibility for our holiday homes.
Regularly update content, images, and rates on all OTA channels to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Monitor OTA performance and make recommendations for improvements in listing and pricing strategies for holiday homes.
Handle OTA-related customer service issues, working closely with the reservations team to resolve any problems.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue management within the holiday homes or vacation rentals industry.
Proven experience managing OTA channels and reservations systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
