We are seeking a talented Revenue Manager to join our team in the vibrant city of Dubai at One Perfect Stay Vacation Homes rentals LLC.

Revenue management, Calculation and distribution for the company and manage day-to-day yield operations.

Daily analysis, strategy adjustments, and reporting.

Perform competitive market analysis and follow current market trends.

Create and maintain a 12-month rolling demand calendar.

Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each property.

Provide weekly and monthly dynamic forecasts of expected results and budget comparisons.

Manage and oversee strategy for all 3rd party distribution

Responsible for assessing, analysing, and pricing group business strategies

Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.

Increase direct website bookings by 40%

Conduct quarterly property performance reviews and develop strategic and tactical action.

Identify new revenue platforms

know-how property management system, dynamic smart pricing, REVPAN, ADR
