Job Description

As a Revenue and Listing Manager , your primary responsibility will be to optimize and maximize the revenue generated from vacation rental properties. You will manage our online presence, implement dynamic pricing strategies, and oversee distribution channels to ensure high occupancy rates and profitability. You will also assist with reservations when required, contributing to the overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Online & Offline Presence Management:

• Oversee listings across various booking platforms, including websites (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut) and OTAs.
• Maintain high-quality listings with engaging descriptions, professional images, and up-to-date property details.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and ranking on search engines.

Pricing and Revenue Optimization:

• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to create dynamic pricing strategies.
• Use revenue management tools to adjust rates based on occupancy, seasonality, and special events.
• Continuously monitor and adjust pricing daily to optimize revenue and maintain profitability.

Distribution Channel Management:

• Manage relationships with online booking platforms and third-party partners.
• Optimize distribution channels to minimize costs, increase visibility, and boost bookings.
• Negotiate contracts with partners to secure favorable terms for the property portfolio.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions, particularly during off-peak seasons.
• Use analytics to monitor the performance of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, occupancy rates, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and RevPAU (Revenue per Available Unit).
• Provide regular reports with market insights to assist management in making informed decisions.

Financial Management:

• Monitor expenses and apply cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability.

Reservations Assistance:

• Support the reservations and operations team during high-demand periods to ensure smooth booking operations and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in revenue management, property listings, or a similar role within the hospitality or vacation rental industry.
• Strong knowledge of online booking platforms, pricing strategies, and market trends.
• Proficient in revenue management tools and software.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
