Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Management:
• Pricing Strategy:
• Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for holiday home properties.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to adjust rates accordingly.
• Revenue Optimization:
• Analyze booking patterns, guest behaviors, and market data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Optimize listing performance on platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO to increase visibility and bookings.
• Performance Analysis:
• Prepare detailed revenue reports and performance insights for property owners and stakeholders.
• Identify underperforming properties and implement strategies to improve their performance.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to boost revenue during low-demand periods.
• Partner with the Operations team to ensure properties meet guest expectations, resulting in better reviews and higher occupancy rates.
Business Development:
• Property Acquisition:
• Identify and onboard new properties to expand the portfolio of holiday homes.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with property owners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Market Expansion:
• Research new markets and develop strategies to enter high-potential regions for short-term rentals.
• Build partnerships with real estate agents, property developers, and local businesses to increase the company's presence.
• Owner Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in the company.
• Provide regular updates and reports to owners regarding revenue performance and market trends.
• Strategic Growth:
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services (e.g., premium property management, concierge services) to property owners and guests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement initiatives that drive guest loyalty and repeat bookings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
• Proven experience in revenue management, business development, or sales, preferably in the hospitality, vacation rental, or property management industry.
• Strong understanding of the short-term rental market, platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), and industry trends.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in revenue management tools, property management systems (PMS), and CRM platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, BI software, etc.).

Education:
