Dubai, UAE SALARY: 8,000 AED - 8,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent***OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES/ NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
***MULTIPLE ROLES AVAILABLEWe are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive who is a UAE National to join our team. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and customer satisfaction within our retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding and purchasing the products they desire while ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
Responsibilities:

Greet customers upon their arrival and provide them with information on products/services
Understand customer needs and assist them in finding the right products
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
Collaborate with the retail team to achieve store objectives
Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management
Participate in promotional events and activities to drive sales
Uphold company policies and procedures regarding sales and customer interactions
Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment

Requirements:

UAE National (mandatory requirement)
Proven work experience in retail sales preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship practices
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
