Support all Retail Education projects
Deliver all Retail trainings
Ensure strong on-boarding of all new joiners
Strong focus on omni-channel and client experience
Support creation of training material for key retail animations (Ramadan & Festive)
Support development of each retail employees career & development path
Strong collaboration with key business partners and strategic implementation and delivery of the different projects
This role will be based at Sephora University, Dubai. The role will require to do store visit (50% of time) and to travel to OGCC countries (Qatar, Kuwait, Oman & Bahrain) visit UAE flagships on weekly basis and countries on a quarterly basis or if business requires it.Key AccountabilitiesRetail Training
Responsible for delivering all Retail-related training modules, in-class and/or digitally
Support update/creation of Retail training material On-boarding, Sephora Attitude, Omnichannel, Cashier training as well as all Retail-related training, needed to support the growth of the business
Lead all Onboarding initiatives, partnering with HR & Store Management (digital on-boarding, Induction training, welcome at store level & follow up coaching)
Support creation of training material for key retail animations (Ramadan & Festive)
Monitor knowledge growth and retention post all Retail training
Maintain modules and digital material up to date
Review client feedback, mystery shopping and Love Meter data to identify areas of opportunities and suggest solutions accordingly
Partner closely with cross-functional business partners:
Retail support training for retail project implementation
Store Management align on business & support needed at store level
HR on-boarding & employee-support training
Beauty Training Team support and reinforce retail & omni in beauty training/projects
KSA Field Coaches share best practices and support each others
Coaching & Support at store level
Align with the Retail & Leadership Education Manager on focus and follow up for all Retail topics
Align with all Retail Managers on priority stores and business needs focus
Articulate support of the cash team to coach and develop them
On the floor coaching, assessment & feedback (for all Retail trainings)
Follow up & knowledge assessment after priority animation trainings
Assess store teams on performance at least 1 time/year or if business requires
Visit flagship doors on a weekly basis, meeting with Store leaders to align and assess needs
Ensure visit of full region (including all stores) at least 2 time/year or if business requires
Support Beauty Trainers during their yearly assessment of the store team
Share assessment feedback with Store Management and support development accordingly
Follow up and support engagement of the store team with our Sephora LMS
Project Management
Support training for all retail-related projects, partnering with project owner/leader
Deliver project training on time, meeting all requirements and satisfaction of business partners
Skills, Experience and PersonalityThe successful candidate will have a strong retail experience and passion, being with Sephora for at least 3+ years, at a Supervisor or Management position. Having deliver training and support learning and education projects is a plus. Arabic is a plus.The ideal candidate will have good communication and presentation skills. She/he must be very agile and flexible, able to cope and manage different projects, dealing with various business partners. Able to give and receive feedback. It is essential that they have a passion for people with the ability to think creatively and are self-motivated to work independently.It is key that they have fully understand the business needs and adapt to the requirements and work with the different departments of Sephora Middle East HQ, high level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation.Most importantly, She/he needs to live and breathe the Sephora Culture, DNA and Employee Value propositions (EVP) with a passion for people and making a difference. She/he need to have excellent authentic communication and influencing skills and be energized by working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
