The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This role involves developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and ensuring revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to manage and close high-value sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present and promote company products/services to clients using persuasive techniques.
2. Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Develop customized solutions and pricing strategies based on client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently.
3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Plan and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
Order Processing & Documentation
Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries.
Prepare quotes, invoices, and necessary paperwork.

Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
3-4 years of experience in retail sales.
