Job Description
Hiring for Retail Store Sales Representative for a fragrance manufacturing company based in UAE: Store Location: Deira, Dubai Retail Sales Representative responsibilities include: . Greeting and directing customers . Respond to customer's queries, provide accurate information about the products and services (quantity, packaging, fragrance variety, etc.), inform on special promotions and discounts . Inventory management/ merchandising, ensure that products are organized properly on racks/ shelves . Receive new products within the store and identity products for replenishment and replacement . Gather customer feedback and relay the same to the Store Manager . Stay up-to-date with new products/services/ releases in the same market Requirements and skills . Bachelor's degree, background in Business Administration or Marketing is a plus . Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role . Deep understanding of the retail perfumes/ essential oils/ fragrances . Knowledge of inventory stocking and merchandising procedures, POS system . Track record of achieving sales quotas .
