Responsibilities: Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, to establish value and product fit. Follow-up with existing database of prospects to close deals Identify and qualify new revenue generating sales opportunities Collaborate with marketing and business development teams Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business. Qualification and Experience: Minimum 3 years of Technical Sales experience (B2C). Having strong knowledge in construction industry would be an advantage. Should be a Native Arab 3 plus years experience in a sales or business development role with construction company. Ability to prove sales performance within the UAE market. Skills: Negotiation, Need/value identification, Self-motivation, Relationship-building, Market Knowledge, Brand building. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal are essential.
