Our client, an established brand in building materials industry is looking to expand their current sales team in the UAE. The primary responsibility of an ideal candidate will be to perform indoor sales for walk-in clients and follow up on existing leads to covert the prospect into client.
Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Utilize proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients.
\xe2\x80\x93 Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, to establish value and product fit.
\xe2\x80\x93 Follow-up with existing database of prospects to close deals.
\xe2\x80\x93 Identify and qualify new revenue generating sales opportunities.
\xe2\x80\x93 Collaborate with marketing and business development teams.
\xe2\x80\x93 Prepare and present client proposals/quotations to secure new business.
Job Requirements:
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 3 years of Technical Sales experience (B2C).
\xe2\x80\x93 Having strong knowledge in construction industry would be an advantage.
\xe2\x80\x93 Should be a Native Arab.
\xe2\x80\x93 3 plus years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a sales or business development role with a construction company.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to prove sales performance within the UAE market.
