Responsibilities:
As a Retail Sales Specialist your role is to drive growth and exceed sales targets by converting leads into loyal clients, fostering enduring customer relationships, and showcasing the value of our Manufacturing.

2-Customer Relationship Building:
Engage with customers on a personal level, actively listening to their concerns and preferences.
Regularly communicate with customers to strengthen relationships, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
3- Follow-up and Deal Closure:
Systematically follow up with the existing database of prospects, nurturing relationships to ensure a high conversion rate.
Employ effective communication and negotiation skills to overcome objections and successfully close deals.
4- Collaboration with Marketing and Business Development:
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing marketing campaigns.
Provide valuable insights from customer interactions to contribute to the development of future marketing initiatives.
5- Client Proposal/Quotation Presentation:
Develop compelling and tailored client proposals and quotations.
Effectively present proposals, articulating the unique value propositions and benefits of our products to secure new business.
6- Competitor Analysis:
Conduct thorough competitor analysis to understand market positioning and differentiation strategies.

7- Continuous Training and Development:

Share acquired knowledge with the sales team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
8- Upselling and Cross-selling Initiatives:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
Provide customers with comprehensive information to encourage them to explore additional offerings that meet their needs.
9- Customer Retention Strategies:
Develop and implement customer retention strategies to ensure long-term loyalty.
Proactively address customer concerns, working towards solutions that strengthen the customer-business relationship.
10- Needs Assessment and Product Fit:
Conduct in-depth needs assessments with clients to understand their specific requirements.
Showcase a deep understanding of our product offerings to align them with customer needs, emphasizing value and suitability.
Requirements:
Possess a minimum of three years of proven experience in Technical Sales, particularly in a B2C (business-to-consumer) context.
Preferred qualifications include a strong knowledge of the construction industry, providing a distinct advantage.
Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.
Demonstrate a track record of three or more years in a sales or business development role, preferably within the construction sector.
Showcase the ability to substantiate successful sales performance within the competitive UAE market.
Proficiency in crucial skills such as negotiation, need/value identification, self-motivation, relationship-building, market knowledge, and brand building.
Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, as these are deemed essential for effective collaboration and client interactions.
