About the Role:

Join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah as a Mobile Accessories Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling mobile accessories, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of our product range, including features, benefits, and compatibility.
• Personalized Sales: Offer tailored product recommendations to meet customer needs and preferences.
• Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
• Merchandising: Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing display of products.
• Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned brands.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Brand Promotion: Actively promote and enhance brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• UAE Residency: Must be a UAE resident with a valid transferable visa.
• Language Proficiency: Native-level Arabic speaker with good English language skills.
• Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in a retail or related field.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
