Roles and Responsibilities

:

Welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide product information and assistance. Actively engage in sales activities, promote products, and upsell or cross-sell as appropriate. Stay informed about product features, specifications, and pricing to assist customers effectively. Also stay updated on new arrivals. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently through point-of-sale (POS) systems. Handle cash, credit, or other payment methods, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and problem resolution by responding to customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback in a professional and timely manner to ensure a positive shopping experience. Assist in merchandising activities, including arranging displays and restocking inventory.

Requirements

:

Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in Consumer electronics, Home Appliances or Mobile /IT accessories . Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer proficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and diverse customers. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Result-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
