The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and ensuring profitability for Stores across GCC.
This role involves setting sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading the sales team to achieve outstanding performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to plan and execute promotional activities
Ensure the store layout and product displays maximize sales potential
2. Target Setting and Achievement:
Set realistic and achievable sales targets for the store and individual team members
Monitor and review sales performance regularly to ensure targets are met
Develop action plans to address any shortfalls in sales performance
