Key Responsibilities
1\. Sales and Profitability:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics across retail outlets.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of spare parts and accessories.
2\. Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and guiding retail staff.
- Address customer complaints promptly and ensure effective resolutions.
- Build long-term relationships with regular customers, fleet operators, and garages.
3\. Retail Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations of all retail outlets, ensuring efficient processes.
- Maintain optimal stock levels by coordinating with procurement and inventory teams.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product display.
4\. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor retail sales staff to achieve peak performance.
- Set clear goals for the team and conduct periodic performance reviews.
- Foster a motivated and dynamic retail environment.
5\. Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights on pricing strategies to remain competitive in the UAE market.
- Identify opportunities to expand the retail footprint and enhance brand visibility.
6\. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Generate and present detailed sales and operational reports to the management.
