Job Description
Job Purpose:To deliver engaging and thoughtful service and sales that delights all our customers, creating loyalty for our brand, that will ultimately drive the store\xe2\x80\x99s commercial performance. Assist any customer with any query or need \xe2\x80\x93 end to end \xe2\x80\x93 to full completion of request.Roles & Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Explain features / benefits to do comparative selling, service recommendations and demonstrate products\xc2\xb7 Ensure workstation and the store is tidy and clean and relevant information is to hand and brochures/information leaflets are properly stacked.\xc2\xb7 Achievement of sales targets.\xc2\xb7 Issue payment and receipts for sales &services, ensuring accuracy of transactions and data input.\xc2\xb7 Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products, propositions and company communications to accurately and fully meet the needs of the customers that you serve\xc2\xb7 Ensure stock and cash assigned to without any discrepancies.\xc2\xb7 To ensure effective completion of customer and process related tasks including:o Document verificationo Complete sales transactiono Cx technical and service Onboardingo Account changes, migration, upgrades, downgradeso Technical \xe2\x80\x9cusage\xe2\x80\x9d support in the form of \xe2\x80\x9chow to\xe2\x80\x9do Self-care registrationo Self-serve assisted supporto Pay bills, complete rechargeo Resolve billing disputes or errors
