Reports to : Retail Sales Manager Key job responsibilities This position requires actively engaging with potential clients, maximizing sales opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships by performing tasks, including, but not limited to: - Focus on selling companys products to potential customers in the designated region/territory. - Generate new sales leads by visiting assigned markets and retailers of building materials - Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business - Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to customers - Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Manage sales orders, from order placement to delivery - Maintain accurate records of all sales and inventory transactions - Perform other tasks assigned from time to time. Experience & qualifications - Graduate from a recognised University. - Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales in building materials industry with strong industry knowledge. - Competitive, confident, and goal-oriented. - Capable of taking initiatives to achieve sales targets. - Strong team player with excellent verbal communication skills. - Written and spoken English fluency required. Additional languages give an added advantage. Proficiency with MS Office required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Ability to commute/relocate:
