Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Retail Sales Cluster Head for our showrooms located in various shopping malls across Dubai.

The Retail Sales Cluster Head will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail locations, managing store managers, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in retail management, and a deep understanding of the latest fashion trends and styles.

Qualifications

• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of store managers and sales staff
• Retail Management : Extensive experience in managing multiple retail locations and driving sales performance
• Strategic Planning : Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and improve store performance
• Product Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the latest fashion trends and styles, with the ability to provide expert advice and training to staff
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer Service : Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service across all locations
• Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in retail management or a related field is a plus
• Experience : Significant experience in the retail industry, with a minimum of 5 years in retail management
• Language : Fluency in English is mandatory
• License : Valid UAE Driving License is required

Pay : AED 2,500.00 - AED 4,000.00 per month
