Responsibilities . Prompt customer service and quality service. . Regular shelf arrangement and replenishment. . Provide exceptional customer service through up-selling, cross-selling, and alternative suggestions. . Inform the Department Manager of unavailable or nonperforming products. . Merchandize products based on sales trends and department manager recommendations. . Up-sell and cross-sell products and services. . Handle cash register and transactions effectively. Requirements: . Arabic speakers only. . Preference for luxury retail background. . Graduate or Diploma in business administration, sales, or related courses. . At least 2 years of selling experience in high-end retail, hospitality, or brands. . Excellent communication skills, strong selling skills, customer-oriented, confident, friendly, well-mannered.
