Mark Williams is currently working with a leading International Financial Institution that is looking for Individual Retail Sales Associate/Analyst with the mandate to guide clients, promote firm products, manage accounts and workflows, ensure compliance, and enhance team collaboration.Role:-Guide clients through account opening, daily services, and product guidance
-Conduct weekly sales and trading calls to promote firm products
-Contact potential clients to promote services and strengthen relationships
-Oversee pre-trade processing and establishment of new UAE accounts, with plans for regional expansion
-Develop improved workflows for post-trade queries and enhance current support workflows for streamlined client order flow
-Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth implementation of new or amended support functions in line with Group procedures
-Review and manage the transfer of shares within the UAE for received orders
-Act as a liaison for new client accounts, handle pending and unsettled requests, and tailor services to individual client needs
-Analyze relationships between teams (settlements, operations, trade support) and create ownership groups to enhance engagement
-Responsible for the entry and update of SWORD activities
-Ensure compliance with all applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations
-Complete all relevant AML/CTF training provided by the Group in a timely manner
-Respond promptly to AML, CTF, and sanctions inquiriesRequirements:-UAE National with a Family Book
-Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
-Strong understanding of stock market concepts and client needs
-Excellent command of Arabic and English, with outstanding communication skills
-Ability to identify problems, make decisions, and escalate complex issues as needed
