We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a passion for fishing and excellent sales skills to assist customers in finding the perfect tackle and gear for their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice and product knowledge to customers regarding various fishing tackle and gear.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate equipment based on their fishing style, target species, and budget.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory management.
• Handle social media channels, including creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and promoting products and special offers.
• Keep up-to-date with new products, trends, and technologies in the fishing industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.

Requirements:

• Passion for fishing and extensive knowledge of fishing tackle and gear.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
