Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Provide information and guidance on products and services.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Process transactions using cash registers or electronic systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work area.
- Monitor and replenish merchandise displays and shelves.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer service and sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a retail sales associate or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a retail environment.
