- Streamline our operation processes both in online shop.
- Be the face of the brand in our shop at Al Wasl during the day.
- Providing customers with detailed product information and recommendations.
- Totaling purchases and processing and credit card payments.
- Processing exchanges, returns, and refunds according to company policies.
- Maintaining a clean and organized retail environment.
- Assisting with stock management.
- Managing our online retail presence.
- Support in implementation of our marketing strategies.
- Are you able to start immediately?
- Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
- Excel and computer literacy: 3 years (Required)
