Job Summary:

As a Sales Assistant / Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our customers. You will be responsible for driving sales, supporting daily store operations, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.

Sales Transactions:

Process sales accurately using the POS system and manage cash handling procedures.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, promotions, and policies to effectively assist customers.

Merchandising:

Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is tidy and inviting.

Sales Targets:

Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.

Issue Resolution:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to support store operations and maintain a collaborative work environment.

Administrative Support:

Assist with back-office tasks as needed, including data entry and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic mathematical skills and proficiency with computer systems; experience with POS systems is a plus. A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or training is an advantage.
