Job Summary:

About us: Posh Abaya, a leading modest clothing brand, is seeking a Female Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our new store in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain Branch.

The ROLE: The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be passionate about fashion, and have a keen eye for style.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, increasing sales, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Communicate with management regarding customer feedback and product requests

Requirements:

• Female candidate
• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Passion for fashion and style
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Must be based in ABU DHABI AND AL AIN
