Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management:
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all retail stores within the assigned territory.
• Maintain optimum stock levels in alignment with sales forecasts and consumer demand.
• Monitor and implement visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience.
Sales and Performance:
• Drive store sales and profitability by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Track KPIs, analyze sales performance, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for in-store promotions and campaigns.
Customer Experience:
• Deliver exceptional customer service by training staff and resolving escalated issues.
• Regularly collect customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.
Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and manage retail store teams to meet organizational goals.
• Develop a high-performance culture by mentoring and providing growth opportunities.
• Conduct performance appraisals and implement reward systems.
Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to company policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Prepare periodic performance and operational reports for senior management.
Skills and Technical Knowledge Required:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in retail operations, preferably within the optical or lifestyle industry.
• Proven track record of managing multiple retail stores and meeting sales targets.
• Proficiency in retail POS systems and data analytics.
