Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily retail store operations, ensuring smooth execution and efficiency. Drive sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue targets. Oversee inventory control, stock management, and store audits. Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to enhance productivity and service quality. Ensure stores adhere to company policies, compliance, and visual merchandising standards. Analyze sales data and recommend improvements for store performance. Work closely with planning teams to implement promotions and seasonal campaigns. Handle customer escalations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee the company's online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment. Monitor website traffic, customer orders, and online conversion rates to improve sales performance. Ensure a seamless customer experience across online and offline channels. Manage and grow partnerships with aggregator platforms.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in a retail or operations management role with e-commerce exposure. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills. Experience in retail management software, e-commerce platforms, POS systems, and CRM tools. Ability to analyze sales reports and implement business growth strategies. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Valid UAE Driving license required.
