Job Title: Retail Manager - Furnishings and Curtains

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Retail Expansion:
• Develop and implement a strategic vision to expand the retail footprint by identifying and launching new showrooms in prime locations.
• Conduct comprehensive viability studies, including market analysis, financial feasibility, and location suitability.
• Retail Operations Management:
• Oversee the performance of all existing showrooms, ensuring operational efficiency, excellent customer service, and profitability.
• Collaborate with showroom managers to set and achieve sales targets, optimize inventory, and enhance the customer experience.
• Business Planning and Analysis:
• Prepare and present a comprehensive business plan for retail operations, including short-term goals and long-term strategies.
• Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market data to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Leadership and Team Development:
• Lead and motivate showroom teams to achieve excellence in sales and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to ensure consistent adherence to brand standards and company policies.
• Industry Expertise:
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of the furnishings and curtains industry to identify emerging trends and drive innovative solutions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and product availability.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar role in the furnishings, curtains, or interiors industry.
• Demonstrated success in expanding retail operations and conducting feasibility studies for new locations.
• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop and execute a retail business plan.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of managing diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in market research, financial analysis, and sales forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
