Job Description

As a Retail & Luxury Fitout Designer cum Project Executive, you should be able to create and modify 3D designs and 2D technical drawings from scratch based on the brief received from client and in coordination with the manufacturing team as per requirements and you will be responsible for overseeing the projects' progress from inception to completion, coordinating with all the stakeholders and assisting the Project Manager. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Education Qualification: Degree in architecture/ interior or any related field.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, preferably Autodesk AutoCAD is essential.
• Preparing and modifying detailed technical drawings and plans for shopfitting joinery products, such as wall display units, freestanding display units and other furniture using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborating with the Project Manager, clients and the manufacturing team to understand their requirements, objectives and constraints.
• Conducting site visits if needed to take measurements and assess the feasibility of the joinery designs.
• Creating 2D and 3D renderings of shopfittings to visualize the final outcome.
• Developing accurate material lists and quantity estimates for projects.
• Ensuring that the shop designs comply with relevant regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date documentation of technical drawings and design files.
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are properly planned and executed. Provide a microgram for technical team to follow in line with the master program.
• Provide stakeholders with timely updates on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming tasks.
• Update regular progress reports and performance metrics to track project health and performance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
• Prepare list of deliverables in line with the project requirements and contract from concept design stage to IFC. Communicate the deliverables with technical and design team.
• Maintain comprehensive project records, including internal correspondence, internal meeting minutes, and change orders set out in the drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables and check quality standards.

Requirements:

• Manage and produce accurate formal/informal reports in accordance with business timetable
• Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Have good practical organization skills, planning of resources and program scheduling.
• IT Literate able to use Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, Working knowledge of Autocad & 3DS Max etc.
• UAE Driving license is a plus else need to commit to take on a short notice.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
