Assist in coordinating and overseeing day-to-day retail operations to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with store managers and staff to ensure efficient execution of tasks and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock replenishment, ordering, and inventory control.
Coordinate promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
Assist in analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement retail merchandising strategies and visual displays.
Provide support to store staff, including training, coaching, and addressing any issues or concerns.
Assist in conducting regular store inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and store cleanliness.
Prepare reports and presentations on retail performance, sales metrics, and operational activities.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, retail management, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in retail operations or coordination role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of retail management software is a plus.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
