Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 12-15 Sales Executives.
• Drive sales performance, focusing on personal loans and credit card sales.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective team leadership and strategic planning.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance team productivity and success.
• Provide training, mentorship, and support to the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UAE banking sales, with a strong focus on personal loan and credit card sales.
• Proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
