With a growing presence in the region, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Storeperson & Stock Controller to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management:Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
Coordinate with the sales team to understand stock requirements and ensure availability.
Process stock movements, including receiving, storing, and issuing. Stock Control:Monitor stock levels and initiate re-order processes when necessary.
Identify and address any discrepancies in stock records.
Manage and maintain the inventory management system, ensuring data accuracy. Warehouse Maintenance:Ensure the safe storage of goods, maintaining clean and organized storage areas.
Handle goods with care, ensuring minimal damage or loss.
Implement and adhere to health and safety standards. Coordination with the Showroom:Ensure timely dispatch of products from the factory in Sharjah to the showroom in Dubai.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure product availability and to forecast demand. Reporting:Prepare and present regular reports on stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
Liaise with the finance department regarding inventory valuations. Continuous Improvement:Suggest process improvements to optimize inventory control procedures.
Stay updated with best practices in warehousing and inventory management. Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a storeperson, stock controller, or similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and databases.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
