We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management. Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards. Ensure a positive guest experience by monitoring and addressing customer feedback and complaints. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Monitor and manage budgets, including cost control and revenue enhancement. Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in the restaurant. Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety regulations. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality products. Prepare and present reports on sales, employee performance, and operational efficiency. Requirements:Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office. Knowledge of financial management and budgeting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
