We are looking for an experienced

Restaurant Waitress

with a

minimum of 2 years of UAE experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of order-taking, customer service, food hygiene, and safety regulations as per

UAE law

.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers, providing excellent service throughout their dining experience. Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen. Have a clear understanding of

allergy awareness

and proactively ask customers about any food allergies (e.g., milk, shrimp). Follow the proper procedure in case a customer reports an allergy, ensuring the kitchen is informed and safe alternatives are suggested. Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper hygiene and food safety standards. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, portion sizes, and any potential allergens. Ensure all food served meets hygiene and safety regulations as per UAE laws. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner. Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow waitstaff to ensure smooth operations. Process bills and payments while maintaining accuracy in transactions. Keep tables clean and organized before, during, and after service.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience

as a waitress in a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of

basic food hygiene and safety regulations

. Understanding of

allergy protocols

and how to handle customer requests regarding food allergies. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Well-groomed and professional appearance. Flexible to work long shifts and weekends.
