- Oversee the daily operations of restaurant, ensuring efficient service while in compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Lead in training and scheduling staff making sure to resolve conflicts and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively to maintain excellent customer service.
- Monitor sales and revenue, implementing strategies to increase profitability.
- Ensure food and beverage being served to customers is of a quality that meets the restaurants standards
