: As a Restaurant Supervisor at Tita Yara, you will work closely with the Front of House (FOH) Manager to oversee all aspects of the dining experience. You will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring seamless operations, all while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and inspire the restaurant team to provide exceptional service.
• Train and mentor new staff, offering ongoing support and performance management for the entire team.
• Supervise the dining area, ensuring all service and quality standards are met consistently.
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and building strong relationships with vendors.
• Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
• Oversee compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Address guest concerns and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in fine dining or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
