DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Restaurant Supervisor in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:
  • Screen, interview, hire and train restaurant staff
  • Manage restaurant staff\'s work schedules
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Make sure all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
  • Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer services
  • Check on dining customers to enquire about food quality and services
  • Monitor and report inventory
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or any related course
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience working as a supervisor in the same industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Asian Filipino candidates are required
