DescriptionJob Summary: Looking for a Restaurant Supervisor in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)Job Key Details:

Oversee the daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, food and beverage service as well as customer relations
Train and develop restaurant staff in customer service, food safety as well as operational procedures
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure high standards are maintained at all times
Maintain accurate inventory levels, order supplies and track expenses
Settle customer complaints in a timely and effective way
Prepare and maintain records, reports as well as other documentation as required
Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints as well as queries satisfactorily
Direct and supervise the service team to ensure all duties are performed as per standards
Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or any related course
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the same or similar position
Good leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and must have experience with inventory management
Good customer service and communication skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be able to handle multi-national teams
Strong knowledge of HACCP procedures and application
