Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold our standards of excellence. Assist in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries. Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving operations and enhancing the guest e-experience. Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining par levels of essential items. Maintain a positive and collaborative working environment, fostering teamwork and camaraderie among staff members. Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
