RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR (FRONT OF HOUSE - FOH)

Our client, a family of unique food concepts that are built on sustainability and delicate culinary excellence who operate premium international brands including FERDI, Philippe Chow, Beef Bar, Novikov, and more, apart from amazing local brands well known for their authenticity and original Kuwaiti taste, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Front Of House Supervisor. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations during designated shifts, ensuring exceptional service for our customers. He/She will play a pivotal role in supervising employees, managing team performance, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our establishment. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Contribute to the smooth running of the restaurant by assisting in efficiency management, stock control, and wastage control. - Supervise employees, assign duties, and create a shift schedule. - Monitor team performance, ensuring all duties are performed efficiently. - Report any issues that arise during the shift to the store and kitchen manager. - Manage employee requests, transgressions, and disputes. - Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards. - Coach team members and participate in the training and development of new staff. - Open and close registers, accounting for the daily intake. - Handle customer issues and mediate employee disputes effectively. QUALIFICATIONS: - Strong organisational abilities and be adept at delegating tasks effectively. - A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role is essential. - Experience in leading a team of 9+ line cooks is highly desirable. - Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures to consistently deliver high-quality products and services to customers. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced work environment. - Proficiency in written and spoken English is a requirement for effective communication. - MUST have worked or CURRENTLY works in any EUROPEAN country (relocation provided) SALARY & OTHERS: - Competitive Salary - Housing Accommodation (Independent to managerial positions and shared for non-managerial) - Company transport from accommodation to work and back. - Daily Duty meals - Provided Company Uniform (with laundry service) - Annual bonus based on performance.
