Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor - Female
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and ensure that our guests receive outstanding service in alignment with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
• Assist in developing and implementing restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
• Prepare reports on staff performance, sales, and customer feedback for management review.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in restaurant supervision or management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including health and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
