: Restaurant Supervisor (Fast Food)
Location: Fujairah
Cuisine: Neapolitan Pizza and Italian Food
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Lead by example and guide the restaurant staff to ensure exceptional service to our guests.
• Training & Development: Train new hires, provide continuous learning opportunities for existing staff, and oversee their performance.
• Operational Management: Oversee the dining area, supervise food and beverage service, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Inventory & Procurement: Assist in inventory control, ensure efficient use of resources, order necessary supplies, and manage relationships with vendors.
• Scheduling: Create staff schedules, ensure adequate staffing at all times, and manage requests for time off.
• Compliance: Ensure the restaurant adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Car Driving License is a big plus.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership abilities with a focus on staff development and team building.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
