A Japanese restaurant is looking to recruit a supervisor, having excellent communicational and managerial skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
2. Train new employees on restaurant procedures, service standards, and safety protocols.
3. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of food and beverages.
5. Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment to meet health and safety standards.
6. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
7. Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional strategies, special events, and menu enhancements.
10. Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and employee performance for reporting purposes.
