Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
• Train, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
• Monitor and maintain quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
• Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
• Manage inventory and stock levels, placing orders as needed
• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth and improvement
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing laws
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
