We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality service, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and kitchen helpers. Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and kitchen areas. Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies. Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures. Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.
