Job Description

FASSCO is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to manage an All Day Dining restaurant at one of our prestigious client locations. The position reports to the Location Retail / Cafeteria Manager.

An immediately available candidate is preferred.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Daily Operations : Supervise day-to-day activities to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Cafeteria/Retail Manager to align with outlet goals.
• Customer Interaction : Address customer needs, handle complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
• Team Supervision : Oversee and support staff, ensuring service standards are maintained.
• Revenue Growth Support : Assist in implementing sales strategies to boost revenue and increase footfall.
• Customer Retention : Help create and execute ideas to attract and retain repeat customers.
• Hygiene and Safety : Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed at all times.
• Inventory Assistance : Monitor stock levels and report shortages or wastage to the manager.
• Upselling Techniques : Train staff in excellent upselling and customer engagement strategies.
• Financial Reporting : Assist in monitoring daily sales, handling POS operations, and preparing basic reports.

Requirements:

• Experience : 2\+ years in a supervisory role in an All Day Dining format outlet in a (4• and above) hotel or a standalone restaurant.
• Flexibility : Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Skills : Strong in team supervision, customer interaction, and basic sales techniques.
• Knowledge : Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and basic revenue strategies.
• Education : A Diploma / Degree in hospitality / restaurant management is preferred, additional hospitality training is a plus.
• Personality : Approachable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Language : Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage (such as Arabic)
